Job summary

Apogee Enterprises Inc in the United States seeks an Operational Excellence, Engineering, & Maintenance Manager to lead the deployment of the Apogee Management System across manufacturing operations and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost through disciplined problem solving and standard work.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement work, and embed AMS principles into daily operations, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing with impact on performance.
• Experience deploying continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lean knowledge and Kaizen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance supervisor and site engineering teams.
• Lead AMS deployment across sites and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, supply chain, and HR to embed AMS principles.
• Standardize maintenance practices and manage CMMS and spare parts.
• Develop training initiatives to build maintenance workforce.
