Job summary

Ingenics Corporation USA is seeking a Senior OpEx Consultant / Project Manager to drive Manufacturing Excellence across our client manufacturing networks. You will translate business objectives into measurable productivity, quality, cost and delivery improvements.

You will lead Lean-based transformation programs, mentor engineers, and partner with operations leadership to sustain continuous improvement and strategic capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/Operational Excellence or similar.
• Proven track record leading complex projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity OpEx programs delivering measurable results.
• Translate strategy into site-level goals and KPIs using Hoshin Kanri.
• Develop optimized production system concepts and capacity planning.
• Lead Kaizen events and Gemba-based problem solving to remove waste.
• Quantify operational and financial impact for leadership.
• Standardize Manufacturing Excellence methodologies and KPI frameworks.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders for sustainable adoption.
• Provide mentoring to engineers and junior staff.
• Represent Manufacturing Excellence in leadership forums.
