Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Biddeford, ME. You will perform assembly, machine operating, and general production duties in a traditional manufacturing setting with good lighting. PPE is provided.

This is a six-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity with potential for same-day offers after interviews. The first shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and the second shift 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm with a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed work instructions is essential.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Comfortable with repetitive motion work.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and machine operating tasks.
• Carry out general production duties.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
