MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking motivated individuals for manufacturing roles in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, eager to learn, able to follow procedures, and capable of producing quality work.

You will operate equipment, load materials, perform assembly and packaging, inspect products, and maintain a clean 5S workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other tasks.
• Inspect products for quality and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and production procedures.
• Support daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
