MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate in Chicago. You will operate production equipment, load/unload materials, and help ensure quality across the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specs.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
