Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Skilled Production Associates for day and night shifts at our Columbus facility. Work 12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will help manufacture balloon and cylinder products and support safe, quality production to meet demand.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and ensuring quality on a fast-paced line, with opportunities for training and career growth. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical, repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Must read and follow safety policies and procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.
• Perform assembly, testing, problem-solving, and material handling tasks.
• Operate equipment such as paint line, presses, welding as required.
• Ensure quality control and comply with safety requirements.
