Job summary

Helion Group in Shelbyville, IN is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for Roll Form Operator or Stacker Operator roles in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will measure panels daily with tape measures, calipers, and levels, adjust equipment using hand tools, and read spreadsheets and HMIs to meet production targets.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential to minimize downtime and maintain quality; weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
Proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment.
Familiar with reading spreadsheets and HMI settings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

Work as a Roll Form Operator or Stacker Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Measure panels daily using tape measures, calipers, squares and levels to ensure quality standards.
Use hand tools to make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Read spreadsheets and adjust HMI settings to meet production requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and make quick, effective decisions to minimize downtime.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while ensuring quality and production efficiency.
