Job summary

Helion Group in Indianapolis is seeking mechanically inclined individuals with manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced operation as Roll Form Operator or Stacker Operator. You will read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and use hand tools and measuring equipment to support quality.

Daily duties include measuring panels, adjusting HMIs, troubleshooting production issues to minimize downtime, and maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy to ensure consistent production quality.

Qualifications

• Experience reading a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment such as calipers, gauges, Allen wrenches, and squares.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literacy, including spreadsheets and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Measure panels daily with tape measures, calipers, squares, and levels to meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools to make necessary adjustments as directed.
• Read spreadsheets and adjust HMI settings to production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime with quick, effective decisions.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and efficiency.
