Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, tools, and workstations.
• Basic understanding of product inspection, defect identification, and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow standardized work instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
• Ability to identify production, quality, or equipment concerns and communicate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery, equipment, tools, and workstations following procedures.
• Follow standard work, specifications, and cycle times.
• Perform equipment start-up, basic adjustments, and shutdown procedures as trained.
• Monitor processes for abnormalities and report issues.
• Meet production, efficiency, and output requirements.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and conformity to quality standards.
• Record production and quality data accurately and timely.
• Follow quality procedures and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per 5S standards.
• Support changeovers, material replenishment, and workstation prep.
• Minimize scrap, downtime, and waste through proper operation.
