Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader with a focus on turning possibilities into realities in healthcare. This production operator role is based in USA CT - Canaan and requires adherence to GMP and quality documentation.

Work hours are 7AM to 7PM; overtime may be required to meet schedule. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, with 6% shift differential for night shifts where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience also acceptable.
• Experience with GMP and quality documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Responsible for product quality; perform in-process checks and accurately complete quality documentation.
• Identify and report issues to the Cell Lead and cooperate with team members for shift transfer.
