Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma.
• Minimum of one year of experience required (or combination of experience/education).
• Must have good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills; computer skills include Word/Excel and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product during operation and monitor equipment for proper function.
• Assist setup and running of production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection and keep area orderly.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored.
• Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.
• Assist in training new personnel in manufacturing operations as directed.
• Perform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers, etc., as instructed.
• Coordinate the work of other Operators and back up Senior Operator as directed.
