Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Operator to visually inspect products during operation, assist with production equipment setup, and maintain clean, labeled work areas. You will document batch records and support training of new staff to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.

The position requires a HS diploma and at least one year in a related field, plus strong mechanical and communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required with at least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect the product during operation and observe equipment for proper function.
• Assist with setup and running of production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection and keep area orderly.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored.
• Document material runs via Batch Production Records and other logs.
• Assist in training new personnel as directed by supervisor.
