Job summary

MilliporeSigma in New Hampshire is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing operator to join a fast-paced production environment. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated and mechanical equipment, handle raw materials, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, understands EH&S, ISO, and cGMP, and can perform in-process quality checks while maintaining clean work areas and collaborating with the team to maximize uptime and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience.
• Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements.
• Strong math skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Computer hardware/software experience.
• Experience handling chemicals.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment in a fast-paced setting.
• Set up and adjust automated and mechanical equipment and move raw materials safely.
• Perform in-process quality checks and monitor production performance.
• Maintain organized work areas and collaborate to maximize uptime and product quality.
