Job summary

MilliporeSigma in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing operator to join our production team in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and monitor automated and mechanical equipment, move raw materials through the line, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure peak performance and safety compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with EH&S, ISO, and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience.
• Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP requirements.
• Ability to operate automated equipment including PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Set up and adjust automated and mechanical equipment.
• Move raw materials safely through the production process.
• Perform in-process quality checks and monitor performance.
• Identify process improvements and ensure safety/quality procedures.
• Maintain organized work area and collaborate with the production team.
