Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Basic data entry skills and math for production tasks.
• Ability to read routing slips and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Read routing slips to determine product type and quantity.
• Secure component parts and materials required to meet production requirements.
• Inspect parts for finish and quality standards.
• Prepare boxes for packing and assembly operations.
• Move materials and work between stations to maintain production flow.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Support department as part of a team.
• Follow 5S lean standards and safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards.
