Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston is seeking an Operator Manufacturing IV to set up and run production lines, monitor performance, and make adjustments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. You will inspect parts, perform routine maintenance, and assist with changeovers while leading peers on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned machines.
• Inspect parts and adjust tools to meet quality specifications.
• Lead peers on the production line and follow established procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine housekeeping on equipment.
• Assist with set up, changeovers, and machine adjustments to meet timelines.
• Unload/load products and handle palletizing and stacking operations.
• Follow safety rules and use protective equipment as required.
