Job summary

GAF is hiring for a full-time manufacturing associate at our U.S. plant. You will participate in safe operation of production equipment, assist with changes and start-up, and help keep production moving through proper maintenance and clean processes.

The role requires basic PC skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Overtime and weekend work may be required to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without current/future need for GAF visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and prevent damage or injuries.
• Assist in downtime, product changes, and startup activities.
• Clear machine jams and help keep product moving.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment.
• Complete product testing and record data; inform supervisor of process variations.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and operate forklift safely.
