Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication, handling, and assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow Standardized Work, Control Plans and Product Specifications.
• Identify training needs and contribute to quality improvements.
• Support AMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in employee engagement activities and cross‑training.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow defined clean‑up times.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to leaders and supervisors.
