• Monitoring equipment, adjusting settings, and ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols, and documenting production activities.
• Filling out daily production reports detailing work activity and procedures.
• Using hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
• Moving between multiple operations as needed.
• Troubleshooting and correcting process problems.
• Communicating effectively with lead supervisor and team.

Job Requirements

• Machine Operator Experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing team.
