Abbott is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Dryblending shift in Sturgis, MI. The role runs on a night shift (11:30pm–7:30am) at the Abbott Nutrition site, focused on loading, sorting, cleaning, and waste handling in a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience. Compliance with FDA/OSHA policies is required. Base pay ranges from $19.05 to $38.15 per hour depending on location.

What You’ll Work On

• Load materials into production machines.

• You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 Year of production experience preferred.

The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15/hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
