Job summary

Galvion is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join the Newport, VT team on a Monday–Thursday Weekday schedule from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm. The role involves assembling, cutting, finishing and painting protective systems and power management equipment for military and tactical applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills and numerical aptitude.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate components per specification.
• Cut, edge blast and drill as required.
• Perform laser cutting, molding, painting, finishing and trimming tasks.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and verify product quality.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Support production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
