Job summary

GALVION in Newport, VT is seeking manufacturing teammates to join our assembling and finishing operations. This role supports a 5pm–5am, 36‑hour week with paid time off and a 10% shift differential, and involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll perform assembly, cutting, edge-blast-drill, finish, mold, paint, and trim tasks, follow detailed work instructions, and collaborate with teammates while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, cut, edge-blast-drill, finish, mold, paint, and staple/trim as assigned.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality in all tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions and tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with team members and lead by example.
• Adhere to safety policies and engage in a manufacturing environment.
