Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, a Marmon Holdings company, is seeking Manufacturing Operators to join our Glasgow, DE plant to support production of filtration products. This role operates production equipment, follows safety procedures, and ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance. 3rd shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday.

You will document logs, report material usage, and assign lot numbers. Candidates must read specifications, lift 50 lbs, stand for the shift, and use measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• Read specifications and understand production requirements.
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Stand for the entire shift.
• Operate measuring instruments and perform basic math.
• Experience with PLC interfaces and basic troubleshooting.
• Forklift license is preferred; willingness to obtain if needed.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Operate production equipment as assigned and document logs.
• Document and report raw material consumption for finished goods.
• Complete required documentation (BOM, Lot Traceability, etc).
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.

Graver Technologies is a U.S. based company serving the industrial filtration, separation and purification needs of companies around the globe. We are located in Glasgow, DE and a member of The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) , an international corporation with more than $8 billion in annual sales. We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to work in our plant to support the manufacturing of our filtration products.

**3rd Shift Hours are Monday thru Friday: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM***

Summary: This position is responsible for efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform and document production logs and products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished good product.
• Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced (Example Include Bill of Materials, Lot Traceability, etc).
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand all of shift.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Computer literate/able to use PLC interface.
• Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to work overtime periodically (all shifts), including weekends.
