Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, located in Honeoye Falls, NY, is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Welder to support the manufacture of high-pressure vessels and filter housings. The role runs 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly wage between $26 and $30 based on experience and a weld test.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, welding in multiple positions, performing quality checks, and documenting production and material usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASME Code welding certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a welder.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Weld and document production of products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
• Move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.
• Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure specifications.
• Complete all required documentation related to produced products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for finished product.
• Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to properly disposition nonconforming material.
• Ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Welder to work in our Vessel Shop to support the manufacture of High-Pressure Vessels & Filter Housings.

2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday-Friday)

The wage range for this role is $26-30/hour, based on experience and the results of a weld test.
