Job summary

Element Solutions Inc's MAES segment is hiring a Production Operator to operate production equipment, load/unload materials, and perform assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires safety focus, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures, with opportunities for growth within MAES.

The position follows a 12-hour rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then reverse), including nights and weekends, with a 10% shift differential applied to base rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
