Responsibilities Include:

• Machine Operation: Safely operate hydraulic presses to mold silica carbide mixtures into specific tile shapes.
• Finishing & Detailing: Use various finishing tools to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Quality Control: Utilize measuring tools to verify dimensions and consistency of molded products.
• Material Handling: Manage raw mixtures and finished tiles, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the consistent use of required PPE.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with hydraulic machinery and precision measuring instruments.
• Safety Mindset: Committed to wearing eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.
