Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay: $22–$25/hour on W2
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM + 4 additional hours during the week
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Job Description:
- We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Operator II to join our team and support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- This is a hands-on production role where you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, perform basic testing, maintain a clean work area, and help keep the production process running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Support daily operations of a continuous manufacturing process.
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Check the quality and condition of materials and equipment.
- Identify equipment or process problems and take appropriate action.
- Perform basic in-process testing and measurements.
- Use hand tools, weighing equipment, calculators, and other production equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized production areas.
- Assist maintenance with equipment and facility upkeep.
- Communicate production information with supervisors and team members.
- Work closely with manufacturing, technical, and laboratory teams.
- Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, industrial, or regulated manufacturing is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift or hand pallet truck experience is a plus — training can be provided.
- This is a hands-on manufacturing position.
- You should be comfortable:
- Standing and sitting for extended periods.
- Working around manufacturing equipment and chemicals.
- Wearing required PPE, which will be provided.
- Safely lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- The facility may involve exposure to chemicals such as acetone, ethanol, butanol, and nitrocellulose in IPA. All required safety training and PPE will be provided.
- A pre-employment physical and visual acuity exam are required.
