Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Lenexa, KS is hiring Manufacturing Operators to help produce microbiology products used in healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, and lab environments.

The role features a 3-day workweek with a weekend day shift and a 36-hour schedule paid as 40 hours, plus the chance to learn equipment operation and quality inspection. You will operate and adjust manufacturing equipment, package finished products, monitor quality, follow SOPs, complete production paperwork, and work with the team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or regulated production experience preferred.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Machine operation experience is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, food production, or aseptic experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and safety-focused.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay:
  • Packers - $19.55
  • Suite Operator – $20.70
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Hours: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
• Enjoy 4 days off each week!
