Job summary

Fluxergy is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator to assemble Test Card consumables in a clean, controlled production environment. You will work with specialized machinery on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday) and ensure products meet strict quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
  • Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices when interacting with machinery.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble the components that make up our Test Card consumable with accuracy and consistency.
  • Operate industrial and custom automation machinery safely and effectively.
  • Follow established production procedures and detailed work instructions.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet defined quality and performance specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
  • Support daily production operations while maintaining high safety and efficiency.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and machinery clean and production-ready.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining product and material inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Perform additional tasks to meet production goals.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operatorto join our team and help produce high-quality Test Card consumables used in advanced technical applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in precision and quality.

You will work with specialized industrial and automated machinery in a clean and controlled production environment, assemblingcomponentsand ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. The right person for this role is attentive, dependable, and comfortable working with machinery whilemaintaininga safe and organized workspace.

This positionoperateson1stshift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday) and requires extended periods of standing in a dry and clean room production environment while following PPE protocols.

What You Will Do
