Job description

Are you ready to build a hands-on career in manufacturing? We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our client's team and help produce high-quality plastic parts. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a dynamic production environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedules Available:
  1. 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) | $17.00/hr.
  2. 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday) | $17.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, load, operate, and monitor rotational molding machines.
  • Perform visual inspections for defects, thickness, color, and surface finish.
  • Trim, deburr, and finish molded parts using hand and power tools.
  • Prepare and load plastic powders into molds, following material handling best practices.
  • Accurately document production data and quality control results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Report machine or material issues to supervisors and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Six months of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous experience in rotational molding or plastics manufacturing is a plus.
  • Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, bending) and wearing PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and use basic measuring tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
