Shift Details

This is for 3rd shift (Sunday night - Friday morning, 10:15pm - 6:45am)

Role Overview

In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Your duties include operating molding presses, inspecting and packaging parts, washing parts, tending ovens, and collaborating with QC inspectors, Maintenance, and Production Leads to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Operate molding equipment safely following documented procedures, maintaining cleanliness and 5S standards.
2. Communicate issues to QC and technical resources to ensure quality.
3. Maintain good documentation practices for product traceability.
4. Use Factivity software for managing production, labor, and machine monitoring.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 25-40 lbs. and stand for 8-12 hours.
