Job summary

MILO Live in North Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level shop/production assistant to help prepare materials, cut and assemble parts, and support continuous improvement efforts. You will read specifications, operate forklifts, and use precision measuring tools while maintaining a clean shop and safety standards.

The role offers hands-on learning across multiple trades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

Day in the Life — North Las Vegas

You start your shift at our North Las Vegas facility by making sure the shop and warehouse are tidy and ready. You’ll review specifications and shop drawings, then measure parts with precision tools like calipers & micrometers to prep materials. You’ll cut, screw, and sand components, build simple templates and jigs to align parts, and move materials safely with forklifts and other handling equipment. Throughout the day, you may run local errands to pick up or drop off orders, provide practical feedback to your Manager for continual product improvement, and follow all Safety and Health procedures. Expect frequent walking and lifting in the 50–75 lb range as you support production from start to finish.
