Job summary

MILO Live in North Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing/Shop Associate to support production from start to finish. You will review shop drawings, measure parts with calipers, and assemble components while maintaining a clean work area.

The role targets recent graduates or students, with a willingness to learn multiple trades in a fast-paced environment. Expect physical tasks, safety adherence, and opportunities for hands-on skill development.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read a measuring tape.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and standing/walking.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
  • Willingness to learn multiple trades.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of office and shop/warehouse spaces.
  • Run errands for the shop (pick up/drop off orders).
  • Cut, screw, and sand parts and subassemblies.
  • Develop templates and work aids to hold and align parts.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
  • Read and interpret specifications and drawings.
  • Provide feedback to Manager to drive continuous improvement.
  • Follow all Safety and Health procedures.

You’ll review specifications and shop drawings, then measure parts with precision tools like calipers & micrometers to prep materials. You’ll cut, screw, and sand components, build simple templates and jigs to align parts, and move materials safely with forklifts and other handling equipment. Throughout the day, you may run local errands to pick up or drop off orders, provide practical feedback to your Manager for continual product improvement, and follow all Safety and Health procedures.
