MillerKnoll is seeking an Operations Technician - Seating (Finance) to join our manufacturing team. The role involves performing on-the-spot quality judgments on line products and supporting the metal coating process while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read scheduling sheets and paperwork for conforming parts.
• Ability to inspect parts for quality criteria and determine action for non-conforming parts.
• Ability to differentiate between colors using approved color sample plates.
• Ability to operate scanner and printer and maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Make on-the-spot quality judgments on conforming and non-conforming line products.
• Support all aspects of the metal coating process.
• Maintain housekeeping of work areas (floors, hooks, pallets, recycling).
