Job summary

Veritiv Corp is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Illinois facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate corrugated cart ers and inner packaging, supervise teams, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ability to manage multiple projects, and readiness to work in a challenging warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production output, quality standards, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and report maintenance needs.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff for safety and proper equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of sheets, inks, and supplies with timely data entry.
