Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience required. Prior wood products experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Knowledge of Internet, Excel, and Word.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations within multiple departments and shifts at the highest practical efficiency.
• Develop production schedules, budgets, and coordinate movement of material.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure proper machinery, equipment, and work area upkeep.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety policies.
• Participate in training, coaching, and HR-related processes.
• Maintain operating, regulatory, and HR records and reports.
