Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field plus 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills required, including conflict resolution, training, facilitation, and presentation.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish manufacturing results by setting expectations, planning and appraising performance.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff; develop personal growth opportunities.
• Monitor process flow, equipment, resources, and safety; implement cost reductions.
• Schedule and assign personnel; prioritize work; report shift results.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and policy compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects; support budget monitoring.
• Handle vacation/payroll/discipline/performance reviews.
