• Hazardous waste, DOT, HVAC or refrigerant handling certifications may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently.
• Analyze production documents to plan work schedules.
• Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate inter-department operations.
• Maintain records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs.
• Prepare reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Request materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Foster cooperative relationships with colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
