Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a manufacturing professional to operate extrusion laminators, presses, and related equipment in a high-speed production environment. The role requires adherence to specifications, continuous quality checks, and timely documentation of production data.

Responsibilities include minimizing changeovers, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining 5S practices while upholding safety standards on a day/night shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion laminator to run per specs and procedures.
• Operate Flexographic or Rotogravure Press per specs and SOPs.
• Operate slitter/rewinder and doctor winder as assigned.
• Operate a forklift truck.
• Meet established production targets and maintain quality.
• Complete production and QA paperwork accurately and timely.
• Minimize change-overs, start-up, shut-down, and clean-up times.
• Analyze problems and take corrective action.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards daily.
