Snack Innovations in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Support Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our Piscataway, New Jersey manufacturing facility.

This role is built for someone who understands a production environment, pays close attention to product and packaging details, and can keep vendor information, purchase orders, materials, and deadlines organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, consumer packaged goods, or related environments preferred.
• Administrative, purchasing, procurement, vendor coordination, or operational support experience preferred.
• Experience tracking purchase orders, materials, shipments, vendor timelines, or production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; ERP experience preferred.
• On-site work in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Review packaging details, specifications, and related documents for accuracy.
• Maintain organized packaging records, product information, files, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors on purchase orders, timelines, shipments, and status updates.
• Track materials and deadlines, following up to keep production on schedule.
• Attend meetings, document action items, and share updates with teams.
