Kelly Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Material Handler for an industrial facility. The role offers a $21/hr pay rate on a rotating days/nights schedule.

You will review work orders, transfer orders, and move materials within the plant while operating forklifts, cranes and other production equipment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of material handling experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and ERP experience (SAP preferred).

• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or similar industrial equipment.
• Comfortable with manufacturing workflow and basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing work orders and transfer orders to move materials and products within the facility.
• Perform cycle counts and use ERP software (SAP preferred).
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other production equipment.
• Run production equipment following safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area and assist production teams as needed.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hr

Shift: Rotating days and nights (DuPont schedule)

• Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off

• Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off

• Week 3: 3 night shifts, 3 days off

• Week 4: 4 day shifts, 7 days off

Out of every 28-day period, you work 14 days and have 14 days off. You work approximately 6 months out of the year. Excellent opportunities to earn additional income through overtime.

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operations Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Reviewing manufacturing work orders and transfer orders to accurately move materials and products within the facility

• Performing cycle counts, using manufacturing management systems and ERP software (SAP preferred)

• Operating forklifts, cranes, and other production-focused equipment

• Running production equipment according to established safety and quality guidelines

• Proactively maintaining a clean and organized production area, including inspections and preventive maintenance

• Supporting production teams across various departments based on manufacturing needs

• Following established protocols, procedures, and safety requirements

• Collaborating with team members and management to meet daily production targets
