Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Location: Dallas, TX (east-side)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Typical Hours: Monday-Friday (40-45 hours/week)

Travel: minimal

Our client, a growing OEM specializing in advanced cooling systems, is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will lead manufacturing, inventory, and quality operations, and support the build‑out of automation systems and ERP implementation for our client’s new facility. This position is highly visible and hands‑on, requiring experience scaling manufacturing/production operations, preferably in a mechanical equipment or fluid systems environment. You will work closely with leadership to align departments and drive operational efficiency, so the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment is essential. Responsibilities
  • Oversee production, quality, logistics, and inventory operations
