Flowserve Baton Rouge QRC seeks a hands-on leader to run shop operations, develop the team, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee repair and manufacturing of mechanical seals for oil & gas, chemical, water, and power sectors, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with Flowserve’s strategic direction.

Your role emphasizes safety, coaching, and daily management disciplines to deliver on customer commitments while maintaining financial performance and high-quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/repair.
• 3+ years supervising teams in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• Experience with daily management systems and performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a safe, productive shop environment with adherence to safety policies.
• Direct supervisors and technicians to develop team capability through coaching.
• Drive daily management to align teams on KPIs and continuous improvement priorities.
• Improve key metrics: safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Schedule labor, materials, and capacity to meet customer demand.
