Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure on-time production while meeting safety, cost, and quality.
• Develop methods to improve productivity within budgets and expenses.
• Plan and execute strategies supporting production objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure plant performance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to respond to customer needs and market demands.
