Textron Specialized Vehicles seeks an RPM Operations Manager to lead shop floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. This role requires 4+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate with school systems and local boards, and mentor staff to meet production schedules while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years manufacturing experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Hire and retain shop floor employees and manage time and attendance, performance, and concerns.
• Review daily operations against standard work, efficiency, safety, and housekeeping.
• Identify training gaps and recommend skill development and CI projects.
• Oversee new projects related to continuous improvement and quality operations.
• Coordinate production activities to meet schedules with school systems and schedules.
• Recommend workplace layouts, production methods, and efficiencies to reduce costs.
• Facilitate communications and coordinate activities between Augusta Tech and Richmond County Board of Education.
