LACOSTA Facility Support Services seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production operations at our San Antonio facility. You will guarantee smooth, efficient processes by monitoring staff, organizing workflows, and enforcing safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include setting objectives, coaching teams, ensuring equipment maintenance, and producing reports on performance. We value reliability, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; technical/engineering degree preferred.
• Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
