Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 6–9 years metal fabrication experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes: punching, laser cutting, welding, painting.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production employees directly or through Team-leaders.
• Ensures Team boards are updated daily with effective measures.
• Performs discipline of staff per company handbook policies.
• Coaches staff with development plans and training tracking.
• Evaluates performance of direct reports with 90-Day and annual reviews.
• Leads Lean projects to eliminate the 8 wastes of manufacturing.
