Job summary

Nelson Connects in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Operations Logistics Associate to support a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment, manage material flow, and assist production scheduling to keep parts moving.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in logistics or manufacturing, hands-on forklift and machine operation, experience with inventory systems (SAP a plus), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely to move and support materials throughout the facility.
• Manage material flow, inventory movements, kitting, and timely delivery of parts to production and General Assembly.
• Use warehouse/inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support production schedules.
• Support shipping, receiving, lineside delivery, milk-run preparation, and indirect material storage.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and 5S standards while maintaining an organized work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to quickly resolve material needs and keep operations moving.

Job description

You are: An experienced Operations Logistics Associate with a strong background in warehouse and manufacturing environments. You have hands-on forklift and machine operator experience and are comfortable supporting production, inventory, and material flow in a fast-paced operation.

This position pays: $29.60/HR.

Location: Austin, TX

Schedule: Sun – Wed 11:00pm – 7:30am or Wed – Sun 11:00pm – 7:30am

Start/End Dates: 10/27/2026 – 4/26/2027

What you will be doing:

• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely to move and support materials throughout the facility.
