Job summary

Nelson Connects in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Logistics Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing activities. You will operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment, manage material flow, and collaborate with production teams to keep parts moving.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Machine operator or manufacturing equipment experience required.
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems; SAP is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate heavy warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication, problem solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• High school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and manufacturing equipment safely to move and support materials throughout the facility.
• Manage material flow, inventory movements, kitting, and timely delivery of parts to production and General Assembly.
• Use warehouse/inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support production schedules.
• Support shipping, receiving, lineside delivery, milk-run preparation, and indirect material storage.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and 5S standards while maintaining an organized work area.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to quickly resolve material needs and keep operations moving.

You are: An experienced Operations Logistics Associate with a strong background in warehouse and manufacturing environments. You have hands-on forklift and machine operator experience and are comfortable supporting production, inventory, and material flow in a fast-paced operation.

This position pays: $29.60/HR.

Location: Austin, TX

Schedule: Sun – Wed 11:00pm – 7:30am or Wed – Sun 11:00pm – 7:30am

Start/End Dates: 10/27/2026 – 4/26/2027
