Job summary

Agropur is launching an 18‑month Manufacturing & Operations Leadership Development Program designed for new graduates who aspire to become leaders within our manufacturing network. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and leadership coaching, you will gain technical, operational, and people-management skills to lead teams in a high‑performance environment.

You will rotate across production, maintenance, planning, quality, and continuous improvement, with a plan for frontline leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Dairy Manufacturing, Food Science, Production & Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related technical/business field.
Internship or relevant project experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial technology is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership through internships, campus involvement, or team projects.
Willingness to relocate for assignments and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Rotate through key operational functions: Production & operations, Maintenance & automation, Planning & distribution, Quality & Food safety, Continuous improvements.
Follow a personalized development plan with mentorship, coaching, and leadership workshops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain visibility with senior leaders.
